We specialize in the following:

Neurologic Conditions including: Parkinson's, Spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, Vestibular, Concussion, POTs, Dysautonomia Dysfunction, Stroke

Orthopedic Conditions including: Orthopedic post op Total Hip Replacement/Total Knee Replacement, Fall Prevention, Post Open Heart Surgery

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance or Medicare / Medicaid.

We do accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Cash.

What is your return policy?

We hope you like everything you purchase but in the event you need to return something: New/Unused store purchase can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping.

Where are you located?

We are located in Durham County and service Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill Area’s.
